  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons, as digital files cannot be "returned" or "sent back" once they are downloaded to your device.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Your satisfaction is highly important to us. Therefore, we only approve a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If the downloaded file is permanently corrupted and cannot be opened or read on any device, and our support team fails to provide a working replacement within 3 business days of your report.

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you mistakenly purchased the exact same digital product twice in a single transaction, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
